This is yet another house addition drawn by my mentor Ross Cooney which he enlisted me to model three-dimensionally. We actually produced the renders from the models for the home years later. The home was a bungalow which Ross altered and added to in 2008, a home that increased in value dramatically due to his design.

The house is a craftsman home with a composition roof at the upper level and a copper roof below. The walls are siding at the lower tier with wood shakes above. The window patterns are strong craftsman elements, as are the double columns and wood railing at the front porch. The home is complemented by an existing shake sided garage with a metal roof beside it.
