To compliment an existing in-ground swimming pool at an apartment complex in suburban Cleveland, Ohio, our client desired a terrace with stone flooring, stone seating, an outdoor kitchen with concrete counters, an associated barbecue and oven, a fire pit, and a surrounding pergola.

Materials options for the pergola / trellis element included a series of hardwood laminates or a PVC faux wood product.  The laminate was chosen.  Ultimately the form and detailing of the project approximated our drawings, but the color and textures and overall feeling of the design did not reach the level of design we had intended.
