The owner of this building received a request from the local Water Reclamation Authority to provide documentation for his storefront, where he makes and bottles specialty gourmet sauces. He does intend some minor modifications to the premises, including provision of a 3-compartment sink.

We provided a floor plan as background, with indication of outdoor drainage, and all roof, wall, and floor penetrations.

We also created a separate conceptual drawing delineating a portion of the facility to be retail for selling the finished bottled products. This drawing set included a conceptual interior perspective.
