The owner intends to lead his company towards an attractive tenant finish for a new New York branded ice cream company shoppe in a super-regional shopping center in north Austin, Texas.

The owner provided conceptual drawings from a previous developer as reference, but these indicated that the design would need to start in earnest from clear, field-verified dimensions and a strong sense of organization and layout. 

We performed architectural design, engineering coordination, and construction drawings on the project.   Ms. Nicole Jenny worked with us on the interior design materials, colors, and lighting elements selection.
